I am a Soul with a body. That sentence took me most of my life to be able to say plainly, and everything I do now rests on it.

I did not come to this work looking for it. It arrived in an ordinary season of my life, in the middle of ordinary difficulty, and it asked for years of quiet before it asked for anything else. I learned to sit still. I learned to listen to what a room holds. I learned that healing is far less about doing something to a person than about being steady enough that something in them can finally let go.

For years the practice stayed private — family, friends, then friends of friends. The Full Moon rituals began as something I wrote out by hand for a handful of people. They kept asking for the next one. That is how this page came to exist.

I live and work in Ontario, Canada. I answer my own phone, read every note that comes through this site, and I hold every wish that is written here.
